Hyatt canberra old and disappointed

Liked: I liked the breakfast the most
Disliked: I was very disappointed with the pool area , very very old, damaged tiles in pool area and the glass looked terrible- in serious need of renovation. The seafood buffet was nice bit needed more seafood options , no scallops as advised on the tv in room . The first room we were given was disgusting, smelt of cigarettes , we were thankfully given a different room after complaining. We were also charge 400 to our card for no reason my hotel and had to complain - thankfully is was all given back.
