Arguably the best place to...

Liked: Fabulous staff, comfy bed/room, very nice breakfast. We were lucky enough to have a superb view of the Empire State Building from our room, but there is also a roof top from which you can have the absolute best view.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was perfect, close to subway and many midtown attractions were accessible on foot. Staff at the front desk and in the hotel bar were really nice and helpful. Views from the roof top were stunning.
Disliked: The rooms were quite tired and need renovation. We had a family room, but it felt cramped. The air con unit was quite noisy. One of the two lifts was out of order the whole trip and meant some times you had to wait a long time to take one.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is perfectly placed to explore everywhere whether on foot, subway or bus. It was intimate and a welcome escape from the bustle when you step outside the door.We loved the view from our room.

Disliked: There is only one elevator working and it takes a whilethe beds and pillows are not comfortableI stayed at another cheaper hotel and the quality was amazingemployees talking in the hallway early in the morning and I woke up I had to get up and open the door to ask for silence the least of a stay that I like and the silence after a long night and I couldn't sleep well

Excellent staff and location

Liked: The location and the staff, all the team was super nice with us, we had a problem with the room service and they hundeled it excellently.
Disliked: The pillow felt a bit cheap. In our case, we book a 3 people room, and the room was ready just for 2, but again, the team help us quickly to get clean towels for all of us.
