Very impressed with this place. By far the best hotel I've stayed at in NY.

Liked: Very clean; updated; spacious; great service.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very good

Liked: The staff at the reception were excellent and very helpful with all our requests. The location was perfect to check out NYC.
Disliked: Very expensive (no breakfast included) and we got a room on the second floor with no views. It would have been better value for money if we got good views at least!

Great family trip made even...

Liked: Location, clean rooms, roof top terrace, great breakfast and friendly staff.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything. It is an ideal location good facilities and reasonable for NYC standards.

A great girls' weekend in...

Liked: Every staff person we interacted with was very helpful. The rooftop bar was closed for the season, but we were able to take our cocktails from the Library Bar up to the fully furnished roof to relax. The room is well appointed, bed very comfortable, lots of creative storage options. Our Empire State Building view was gorgeous. We had a breakfast package, and the options were delicious and a very genuine meal. The neighborhood perks were fun. Tried out some new places! Very clean room, housekeeping did a great job.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was in a fantastic location and considering that it was in such a central location, I was surprised at how lovely and quiet the room was at night, the room had everything we need and was clean and very nicely furnished. The staff was so friendly and it was overall just a great experience.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.
