Room absolutely gorgeous!!! Very spacious...

Liked: The room was beautiful. The housekeepers did an amazing job of making sure the rooms were clean.
Disliked: The property has no workers. When we arrived the guy at the front desk was helpful with getting the luggage cart and assisting us with our bags to our room. Upon leaving we called the front desk to ask for someone to assist us with taking our bags downstairs. We were informed by the manager that they didn’t have a bell hop and we had to come get the cart ourselves. She was rude about it as well. It’s not my fault you don’t have the proper staff to accommodate your guests. They have no room service either which is kinda unheard of in a chain hotel like the Hilton.

Disliked: Heating/Cooling system did not work properly, had to call engineer a few times to fix it. The room was either too hot or too cold.Windows were not properly insulated, with cold air and traffic noises from busy Wall Street
