Nice hotel in a great...

Liked: Expensive, I was charged many times for the security deposit and it took almost 3 weeks to get my money back. A beautiful hotel, the location is great. Water is free and there are some cookies and fruits at the lobby.

Liked: In a perfect location. Close to the train station. Hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff are super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Everything was excellent! The only thing I didn't like was that they charged a fee of 40 USD per person per day, which was not included in the policies indicated in the reservation. In fact, it clearly stated that there were no other fees associated.

Liked: Convenient location for the financial district. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Very tired decor. No coffee/tea facilities- info said free coffee available in the lobby but no sign of any. Asked at the bar, they had to go up to another floor, came back with no milk despite it being requested, and charged me. Expensive hotel for what it is.

Liked: The hotel is nice enough. The rooms are big. Not so far away from the metro and there are few restaurants near by. Though, is not the best spot of Manhattan. We enjoyed the walk-in shower.
Disliked: The room wasn't ready at the arrival. WE got it well beyond the check-in time. Waited more than one hour in the hall.Regulating the temperature of the room was tricky. Either too cold or too warm. After a dinner outside, we waned to ed the evening chatting in front of a nice beer in the hotel's bar. Unfortunately, it was closed despite was very early (8 pm)!
