Liked: Large enough roomCentral location in Financial District
Disliked: Heating/Cooling system did not work properly, had to call engineer a few times to fix it. The room was either too hot or too cold.Windows were not properly insulated, with cold air and traffic noises from busy Wall Street

Liked: The hotel is located in the financial district with easy access to Brooklyn over the bridge and nearby locations. The hotel is clean but a bit old. Overall we enjoyed staying there.

Liked: I like the location. I’m glad I chose this Hyatt and not the location in Times Square. Also, the staff was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. I even had my check-out time extended, free of charge.
Disliked: The bathroom area wasn’t bad but certain parts need an update.. Grout etc. Also, the hall area. I think the entrance could be changed as well as far as the doors.

Disliked: Everything was fine. The only thing I didn't like was that at check-in they charged me an extra $40 for hotel service. This wasn't stated at the time of booking.

very nice option for a...

Liked: the room was quite spacious for a NY hotel, clean and comfortable. Location was great, near from hustle and bustle but quiet at the same time, which is what we wanted. Staff was welcoming and kind.
Disliked: The breakfast was not as good as I expected, restaurant staff wasn't nice and I found it very expensive for what it was.
