Disliked: The room has a strong cigarette smell and the staff did nothing to help. Also the staff was unprofessional.

Disappointing Experience

Liked: The staff at the restaurant were great! Very courteous.
Disliked: My husband, sister, and I stayed at this hotel on Saturday, Nov 9, for one night and had an incredibly frustrating experience. There was a miscommunication regarding whether breakfast was included in our rate. I gave my contact information as we were told the manager was not available and would contact us. We left our bags as our flight was later in the evening. When we got back, the manager was still not available and we had to leave to catch our flight. Received an email from the manager, Gregory, before we got to the airport, I explained the issue and it's been four days, and I still haven't heard back from anyone. I find it completely unprofessional that the hotel could not address the issue before I checked out. It honestly feels like they’re intentionally avoiding resolving the situation. The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. I don't recommend this hotel.
