Great location with excellent service.

Liked: We did the roof top bar. Loved the view and atmosphere
Disliked: The beds were hard. A mattress topper would really improve the comfort.

What a times square hotel...

Liked: Upgrade to vies of times square maid staff so very friendly
Disliked: No that i didn't like but a world pool /jacuzzi would be nice after walking time square.More selection in lobby food shop
