Generally my family had a good time but all the stress at check out was unnerving.

Liked: Nice hotel.
Disliked: The way the hotel charges were not explained upon check out. Malik, however was wonderful. Too bad all the employees are not like him.

Liked: I requested an accessible room for my child who’s in a wheelchair. I did not get.

Liked: Beautiful, spacious designer room with a view of the coastline. There's a pool on the roof. There's a large secure parking lot nearby. The hotel is located in the Long Beach area, featuring restaurants, shops, yachts, and a beach.
