Generally my family had a good time but all the stress at check out was unnerving.

Liked: Nice hotel.
Disliked: The way the hotel charges were not explained upon check out. Malik, however was wonderful. Too bad all the employees are not like him.

Perfect Hotel for a short...

Liked: Absolutely fantastic Hotel.Located perfectly for restaurants shopping and short transfer to the pier if you’re going on a cruise . Massive rooms very comfortable bed we would stay at this hotel again any time.

Clean, comfortable, and nice.

Liked: The beds were so comfortable I slept through the entire night without waking up. Everything around is walking distance and the front desk are friendly.

Functional

Liked: could not get to watch any streaming service. It was not a big deal since I did not have much time. However, it was somewhat invonvinient that when I wanted to decompress, I could only watch regular tv and it took a long time to load.
Disliked: Make it automatic to have access to streaming content.

Excellent location, friendly staff, amenities...

Liked: The rooftop pool and night time fire pits with 360 degree views of Long Beach. Excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and boardwalk. Gym has a wide variety of equipment and open 24 hours.
Disliked: Hallways and somethings under renovation or construction.
