A nice week in Chicago

Liked: Attentive and helpful staff, decent room, with a unique layout that I appreciated. Good location with decent access to attractions and transit.
Disliked: Personal accomodations like access to snacks or personal care items was limited. Some more resources for business travelers would be nice.

Liked: It was a nice room. Horrible views out all windows. I asked for fragrance free room. Too much fragrance is used in the hotel. You should use fragrance-free products.
Disliked: I asked for a fragrance free room. You should use all fragrance-free products for cleaning. The carpet was off gassing formaldehyde. And there was fragrance. It makes me sick. It was hard to contact Guest Services also sometimes.

Very good

Liked: I was upgraded upon a booking confusion. Price for lodging was much below average for location.
Disliked: Petty concern but there was some wear withon the room itself.
