Liked: The view was very nice i loved how the shower was the hotel was not far from the bars and clubs we went to and i liked how it was a restaurant in the hotel
Disliked: nothing everything was good

Overall great stay

Liked: I appreciated the convenient location of Hyatt Centric, which is within walking distance to the train station, pharmacies, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions like Millennium Park and the Chicago River
Disliked: Although the Corner Room advertises 24/7 access with complimentary snacks and drinks, I found that it was actually closed after midnight

I would absolutely recommend this...

Liked: Very large and comfortable room. Our concierge was friendly, fast, and very informative and professional. Not too far from the United Center.
Disliked: The valet service was understaffed so this may be uncommon, but it was not at all clear where to park and no one there to meet us. Again someone had called off so it may not usually be that way. Value was also pretty pricey but everywhere in Chicago is.

Disliked: TV did not work that evening, no one on duty to fix.
