Fantastic stay, well run &...

Liked: Everything! Didn’t use many of the food and beverage facilities but everything we did use was great. Very professional and polite check in, also managed to check in hours earlier which was a huge bonus and totally unexpected! Very good hotel stay.
Disliked: We had a very good time, obviously a very well run hotel. If I was to be extremely picky, the bedsheets had small black fibres under the covers, which I believe is from changing the bed sheets and letting them rest on the carpet during the changing process. Not a complaint though, everything was extremely clean. I would recommend moving the tv casting QR code onto the welcome screen, it is a great feature that I think some guests may find difficult to locate.

Liked: hotel rooms where lovely and clean and the staff where so nice would definitely go back.
