EVERYTHING else was exceptional.

Liked: Lay out of room and cleanliness.
Disliked: Person at check in seemed short and annoyed that I had requested 1 hr early check in, (she could have said early check in wasn’t available and spared me her attitude) over the phone when I requested it she said it would be $30 extra to check in early, when I got there she said it would be $50, when I reminded her she had said $30, she then told me “ok, I’ll give you a discount, but you need to pay $20, parking” I felt I wasn’t sure if that was her way to hike it to $50 either way since I wasn’t told that you pay for parking till I arrived. Most places I’ve stayed do not charge for parking but I’m assuming that they would tell you + charge for any parking payment upfront. Didn’t like professionalism on that interaction, not even sure if they charge for parking or if she clowned me about it because of her demeanor. I wasn’t asking for a discount I just needed her to charge me what we had agreed on so I felt like I haggled but was ripped off at the same time.. just weird.

Disliked: Hot tub was out of service, shower head holder was broken, and no microwave in the room.

We booked a hotel room....

Liked: Really nice and clean hotel. It's not just a hotel room. But it's just like a small one bedroom apartment (without a kitchen).Highly Recommend!
Disliked: Nothing!
