Liked: Hello, my name is Tilynne. I secured the room for my granddaughters “ Sweet Sixteen” festivities. I was told that the room was very nice.
Disliked: I secured the room that was supposed to have 2 queen beds, on November 6, 2024. (Actual stay 2/23) However, when my Daughter and Granddaughter arrived to check in they were told no 2 queen rooms were clean and they would have to wait. So they waited. They were told attend a show that evening and needed to get into the as soon as possible. They were then offered a 2 separate rooms on the same. (My granddaughter is just 16) Then they were offered 1 room with a 1 king bed and with the time constraints decided to take it. I reached out to Booking.com, spoke to John, who was supposed check into this issue for me but haven’t heard anything since
