Liked: I’ve tried to stay at this Hotel 3 times in the last 4 months, having booked reservations and all, but they did not have my room type any of the times, and this time no rooms available. For less than a fortune because of the seasonal celebrations.

Liked: Location was good. Close to Amtrac and Metro. The walk to shops and restaurants was great. Angela at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Loved talking to her.
Disliked: Cons - ice is behind the front desk on first floor, sink did not drain properly and fridge in room would not cool. I thought it was awful that the 2 bottles of water in the room were only complimentary if you were a rewards member.

Disliked: Staff was not trained in good customer service. We arrived and the front desk guy was chatting with a worker showing something on his smartphone. Didn’t ask what brings us to town or show us where things are. Had to ask where the elevator was. Really no sense of common courtesy or even a smile. $42 for overnight parking.
