Liked: The restaurant for breakfast was PERFECT! The freshest food and amazing latte.The bed was like slipping into a comfy nest.
Disliked: The parking :-( both Waze and Google Maps couldn't get us up on the bridge to the front door to use valet parking and we parked ourselves and went into the wrong elevator and got locked in the building. Ok, that was a little funnyWe requested an early check-in and arrived approx 3:45 and still had to wait for an available room.We called downstairs to reception and asked for a late check-out only to be locked out of the room when I went for ice. Unfortunately, my husband had to exit the shower to open the door. Ok, maybe that was comical as well looking back.But the front desk graciously compted the parking and we would still return.Can't wait to use the rooftop heated pool next time.

Liked: Great hotel. Loved the swimming pool and the view from the rooftop terrace. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Great location and good breakfast

Liked: Breakfast spread was good.
Disliked: Hotel took 2 deposits from me before the stay and the amounts were far higher than typical deposits by other hotels. Refunds took about a week after my departure which I think, is too long.

Amazing view, five star location...

Liked: The location of this hotel is beyond expectations. With the panoramic view from their rooftop we didn't need to pay extra for other panoramic view platforms. The heated swimming pool on the roof offers an extra enjoyment. It was comfortable to swim even in October while enjoying the marvelous view of Montreal at night. The rooms we clean, beds were comfortable, and it was a pleasant stay overall.
Disliked: We really enjoyed our stay, I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Perhaps a pair of slippers in the room would be nice. The bathrobe was provided, but the slippers were not there.
