Hyatt Centric Las Olas is...

Liked: Immaculate rooms, perfect bedding, good toiletries, soft towels, beach gear free to use, and clean facilities all around.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had very noisy upstairs neighbours and had to bother the staff a couple of times because it was impossible to sleep.

worst reception staff ever

Liked: Starbucks in the hotel.
Disliked: The staff at the reception was the worst I have ever experienced. No Good Day, no smile, arguing with colleagues in front of guests, unfriendly.I am impressed you can get a job in Florida with an attitude like that.

Liked: Location. Include your breakfast in hotel reservation. Worth it.
Disliked: Pool for guest was in the shade a lot. Makes a difference for winter reservations. Room service was every three days which is fine, but they should replenish coffee and tea for Keurig Maxine everyday. Leave a packet on door handle?
