Overall, it was a good...

Liked: It was close and proximity to the Riverfront Bourbon St., Canal Street you could walk wherever you wanted.
Disliked: There was a lot of homeless and feces in certain areas on sidewalks.

perfect location and value

Liked: location, nice staff, clean, room was large.
Disliked: only one entry, Door going to canal street was not available to use. limited hours of coffee shop
