It was awful!

Disliked: Oh man, where do I start? The heat in my room did NOT work and since their “upscale” decorating style is bare concrete floors… it was 59 degrees in my room the entire stay! I’m a woman traveling alone and the deadbolt didn’t work either. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

Liked: My husband and I were very pleased with the room, the public spaces, the friendly helpful staff, the location, and the included BREAKFAST. We will stay there again when we return to Portland.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. I enjoyed the happy hour food and cocktails.

Liked: It is located more in the city center
Disliked: No parking, only valets parking. Not even 10min parking for dropoff. No price given for parkingInside the hotel it looks like a converted industrial complex. Unfinished ceiling and floor. Floor appeared very dirty and not clean, likely an effect of the missing finish.To get a bottle of water you have to request it nothing on the room.Water pressure of the shower low.Some of the power outlets had USB plugs, great but they were very noisy at times, nothing connected. Not so good. Light switches were arranged in a way which did not make any sense.

Overall the stay and staff...

Liked: Loved the central location to many activities. Made getting to many attractions easy The staff was super friendly and very helpful They saved us both time and money! The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the price was comparable to many of the local eateries.
Disliked: The availability of the ice machine
