Liked: Clean; beautiful; great staff.
Disliked: Inflation!

It was our first time to stay at the Hyatt Centric. We would probably stay there in the future.

Liked: I loved the valet parking, the bathrobes, the room amenities, the downstairs bar.
Disliked: Not much of a view.

Nice view, pleasant, but not...

Liked: The view was nice.
Disliked: I paid over $400 for a king studio, that said it came with a tub. But when I went to the room it did not have a tub, and that’s what I wanted to have. I told the staff, showed them the room I booked, and they proceeded to tell me that only the suites had tubs… even though the studios said they had tubs. It seems to be a misleading description.

Liked: Location was excellent. Hotel was very charming and quaint and did not feel part of the Hyatt larger chain.
Disliked: Housekeeping was knocking on our door to clean the room at 8:30am? This was way too early and surprising. The walls are very thin so found it a little noisy especially the constant activity in the hallway.

Liked: This is a wonderful Hotel and staff. We had lunch one day in the restaurant and it was very good.

Great experience for first time...

Disliked: Shower water temp fluctuated so much could hardly shower and light timed out and left me in the dark
