It was our first time to stay at the Hyatt Centric. We would probably stay there in the future.

Liked: I loved the valet parking, the bathrobes, the room amenities, the downstairs bar.
Disliked: Not much of a view.

Great location. Room was fabulous

Liked: Room was beautiful and in a prime location with just a quick walk to Broadway street.
Disliked: There was construction and noise from a room on our floor which was quite frustrating as it was not previously mentioned that work would be taking place. The valet service isn’t great as we waited 45 minutes for our car which my husband ended up fetching himself because it was taking too long.
