In LoDo district, execellent Hotel...

Liked: Great clean hotel. Awesome rooms, in great location -- and not expensive.
Disliked: It was really nice, and the coffee in lobby was great.

It definitely could’ve been better

Liked: It was OK considering there was a shooting and death right down the street and always sounds of sirens in the early morning
Disliked: Bartender was outright rude multiple times crime scene 500 feet from the hotel and sirens all hours of the night

Disliked: I was supposed to have a high floor room. only ended up with a 6 floor room. I was expecting to have a view and had a alley facing room. very disappointing.

Terrible mattresses and pillows

Liked: The location is good, the hotel is nice but the mattresses are very soft and the pillows too.
Disliked: The mattresses are very soft and the pillows too. If you have a bad back, I do not recommend this hotel. According to the staff, all the mattresses are the same. We asked for a change and they told us that all the mattresses and pillows are the same. You sink into the bed. Also, an old man with blond hair who is at the reception was very rude. He does not know how to treat the guest. He hung up on us.
