Austin is a fun city

Liked: The location of the Centric is excellent. Staff was very nice, and we were always greeted with a smile and positive comment. Accommodating there guests was the goal, a real pleasure for us. Food was very good and the bar a comfortable spot to hang. Overall, no negatives and a memorable experience.
Disliked: happen to be 18 degrees upon arrival in Austin. Did not expect that

Liked: Location, staff and customer service were on point!
Disliked: Not a big deal, but thought it was weird our room ceiling was concrete. Room must have been at the end of have some work done!

Liked: Beautiful. The views stunning. The windows clean -clear so we could see Austin and beyond. The room, clean. Temperature perfect. Nespresso machine a plus! Everything was perfect, not a single complaint.

Disliked: The elevators were terrible, it took as long as 10 minutes to get into a free one. The staff also seemed unprepared for the crowds that came from the Austin marathon. Organization was chaotic

Great stay, fun weekend

Liked: 26th floor, great view of Capitol building and UT campus. Breakfast was exceptional - great choices great service. Breakfast room very chilly, space heaters everywhere
Disliked: No hot water first morning there. Took several phone calls and about 25 minutes to get hot water started. One functional elevator for entire 31 story hotel building. Long waits to get an elevator

This hotel need to improve...

Disliked: Wry noisy. The exercise room open 24 hours so people used it at 5:30 AM and woke me up and destroyed my rest on vacation.
