4 seasons staff at Hyatt...

Liked: The hotel hit all the marks. Location, great value and a 20 on a scale of 10 staff. They were extremely well prepared for spring break in Austin. Definitely worth a try, if you haven’t tried this location. They did not have a pool on property. Austin does have public pools a few miles away if you’re traveling with family or young kids to enjoy the Barton Springs area. This is a great spot for under 30s. Under 45. And under 60. The state capital is a few blocks away. The area is extremely well police for safety of the residence and visitors alike. The hotel has a fitness center with plenty of exercises to do …a very friendly bar, and a proud and exceptional staff. Ray and Sam

Liked: Staff was friendly and the location is great.
Disliked: The coffee maker was dirty, bed had hairs on the fabrics, the shower faucet lever was loose as though it may fall off, and the toilet paper roll felt as though it was going to fall off the wall. Also, the room configuration does not maximize the spacing making a small room feel even smaller or cluttered.

Disliked: The room was very small for the cost which made it hard to be comfortable .

Austin is a fun city

Liked: The location of the Centric is excellent. Staff was very nice, and we were always greeted with a smile and positive comment. Accommodating there guests was the goal, a real pleasure for us. Food was very good and the bar a comfortable spot to hang. Overall, no negatives and a memorable experience.
Disliked: happen to be 18 degrees upon arrival in Austin. Did not expect that

4 stars and great customer...

Liked: Location, staff and customer service were on point!
Disliked: Not a big deal, but thought it was weird our room ceiling was concrete. Room must have been at the end of have some work done!

Liked: Beautiful. The views stunning. The windows clean -clear so we could see Austin and beyond. The room, clean. Temperature perfect. Nespresso machine a plus! Everything was perfect, not a single complaint.

Liked: Great location and updated room
Disliked: The elevators were terrible, it took as long as 10 minutes to get into a free one. The staff also seemed unprepared for the crowds that came from the Austin marathon. Organization was chaotic
