Liked: The food was really good. The hotel was clean and there was good water pressure.
Disliked: The pillows are to thick. I had a neck ache for several days. I even requested other pillows and those were just flat pancakes.

Comfortable, but troubled stay

Liked: Room was large and comfortable, bed was perfect, location was superb.
Disliked: We had to deal during the whole stay with very impatient employees at the reception desk. She interrupted us all the time when we tried to explain something, was rude several times and demonstrated very little intention to help accommodate any demands. On top of that, the hotel's system was off during the first 2 days, so we were without wifi and unable to access rooms regularly. Definitely below expectations when you stay at a Hyatt hotel.

Disliked: I was not a fan of having to get in 2 different elevators to get to room. I did enjoy the convenience of being near plenty of things to do in the evening.
