Liked: The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. In addition, the hotel is beautiful and in a great location. This will likely be my go to hotel in Charlotte moving forward.
Disliked: The room was on the smaller side. We also had to request new washcloths because the original ones we received were dirty.

Liked: The room was beautiful and in a great location relative to restaurants and other stores
Disliked: My wife and I were celebrating our wedding and honeymoon and picked the Hyatt as our hotel to stay. The Hyatt website said there was a city view and we purchased a high floor with a city view and the only view we got was a view of the parking lot behind the building. When we asked the front desk attendant, they appeared confused, apologized, and said we were “20 minutes away from the city so we shouldn’t be able to see the city” and then offered complimentary snacks and beverages in exchange. This was not what we expected and we feel if you’re going to advertise a city view, then there should be a city view. Especially for the price we are paying.
