Liked: love the location - it was close to everything! the hotel was about 5 min car ride from amtrak station. i love shower! I love how clean it is and the colors in the room.

Disliked: The bell and front desk staffs when told I had a business emergency and needed business center services, only said they could print something for me but could offer no other assistance. I ended up walking around town for quite some time before I found that the FedEx across the street from the hotel had the services I needed. The staff should know that,

Liked: Comfortable room, great gym and good service from staff and restaurant.
Disliked: The area around the hotel is less interesting than I expected. West Philly has a much more interesting vibe for me.
