Liked: The breakfast and the seating area are fine. I just wanted coffee and a bowl of yogurt with fruit each morning and both were available.

Liked: Location! I used to love this hotel, but I’m so disappointed by my last stay
Disliked: I had dirty nightstand hairs in the sink and pillowcases w holes and were ripped and when I asked for new pillows, they brought me the most overused disgusting pillows

Great stay in the Rittenhouse...

Liked: We’ve always liked the rooms, the bathrooms, and the views at this hotel. We recently tried the breakfast and found it much improved from the previous poor reviews. The dining room is comfortable and stylish, the staff is very friendly and efficient, and the menu choices are varied and interesting. My wife and I ate light—poached eggs and toast, a yogurt parfait, and coffees—but if we’d been hungrier the breakfast buffet looked very good. It was fully stocked with a lot of choices, several of them entrees from the a la carte menu.
Disliked: Security could be tighter in the entrance vestibule, which is on the ground floor, one floor below reception.
