Disliked: We booked 2 rooms, as we were traveling for a cruise with family. When booking the rooms, there was no prepayment needed. My card was charged the total price for both rooms at 10:07am, on the day we were to check-in. Check-in was not until 4pm. When we arrived, I inquired and was told my card was charged to hold our rooms and in case of no-show. Charging my card before we arrived AND before check-in time of 4pm, did not allow us the chance to not show up before charging my card and it also did not allow for a change in card if I chose to do so. Then, once we arrived to check-in and I wanted to change the card, they charged the new card and didn't refund the previous payment until we checked out (essentially holding 2 payments for the same room, on 2 different cards). We've NEVER experienced this before when we specifically chose rooms when booking where no prepayment was required. In addition, the rooms were not that great for the price charged. We will not be staying there again.

Good size rooms, lovely pool...

Liked: Location is good if you want to experience a quieter part of Miami or want the bars and shops of Baywater. The hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable - the price of an Uber to South Beach is around £16.
Disliked: There was not enough creamier in the rooms.
