Liked: This is a great hotel with a fabulous rooftop bar and lounge. The staff was very nice, check-in was a breeze. Loved the location, which was a few blocks from all the happenings on Beale Street.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Liked: I love the location. Easy to park and check in. I used valet for parking because it is just easier to not deal with a parking in a larger city I'm not familiar with. The hotel was bright, clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for just one night.

Liked: The breakfast was not good,not good choice, took too long, several tables were sending food back on the second time we tried.
Disliked: More food choices, better quality, Need a microwave in every roomTake lessons on breakfast from the Downtown New Orleans location.

Liked: Very nice property excellent location if you want to go to Beale Street.
Disliked: Wish they had coffee available in the lobby for free like less expensive hotels. I was under the understanding that breakfast was free in the mornings. That wasn’t the case with my booking.
