Liked: The breakfast was not good,not good choice, took too long, several tables were sending food back on the second time we tried.
Disliked: More food choices, better quality, Need a microwave in every roomTake lessons on breakfast from the Downtown New Orleans location.

Liked: Very nice property excellent location if you want to go to Beale Street.
Disliked: Wish they had coffee available in the lobby for free like less expensive hotels. I was under the understanding that breakfast was free in the mornings. That wasn’t the case with my booking.

Liked: This was a great location for downtown fun! Walking distance to Beale Street and all the night life, restaurants, and museums! The hotel was clean, friendly, helpful staff, and the perfect relaxing room, complete with cozy robes!
