Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We came in for the St. Jude marathon weekend, so it was very busy. But staff never seemed overwhelmed and was always quick with a smile and an answer for any question!

The valet lost our keys....

Liked: The location
Disliked: The rooms were not worth the money spent. There was a very limited menu. They had one person working the bar for marathon weekend. The price gauging was insane.

overall the stay was nice...

Liked: location was perfect. valet was excellent. breakfast at cimas was good. roof top bar/lounge was amazing as well.
Disliked: our non-smoking room smelled soooooo bad. like someone was smoking something other than cigarettes in there for hours-days straight.
