Liked: Staff was disrespectful. Did not provide us w the room we paid for. Did not communicate w us prior of our visit that the pool and work out room were unable. No bell hop service. Site manger refusedto meet w us to discuss the poor customer service and discuss poor conditions of the property. We will not be staying at a Hyatt resort in the future as a result of our experience.

Liked: View was amazing!
Disliked: No air conditioning, made room stuffy ! rooms need to be updated Housekeeping called to confirm that we had left a do not disturb sign outside.Phone call woke us up from our nap! I suggest not to do that.

Would not stay here again.

Disliked: We reserved an ocean-view room but it had no ocean view because trees blocked the view.Room was overpriced.We had to carry our luggage up and down many stairs to and from reception and car.
