Liked: I have never been treated as well at any other hotel. My sister and I were treated like queens and the staff went above and beyond to help us. I thank you all.

Liked: The location was close to a lot of eateries and activities. The hotel was clean. Staff were kind.
Disliked: The bedding wasn’t very comfortable. There was no complimentary breakfast or anything other than water. Price was pretty high for the lack of amenities.

Our party found the hotel...

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at your convenient hotel. The room was clean and staff was very good. They arranged to have our groups 2 rooms side by side.
Disliked: The restaurant was not very good. Members of our party were served cold food and my bacon was old tasting and not hot so greasy. The waitress was very nice and one of our 9 meals was comped.My only problem with my room was the height of the bed. I am 5'4" and have some back issues. I could not get into bed. Looking around I found a sturdy garbage can, turned it over and used it as a step stool. I think a small stool should be available in every room to aid short people getting into your ridiculously high beds.

The Staff was incredible during...

Liked: Downtown location is convenient and centrally located. We stayed here in the aftermath of the ‘Bomb Cyclone’ and it was packed with people who were taking refuge of having no power at their homes. The staff were amazing while dealing with a full hotel, bar and restaurant.
Disliked: I found the bed to be soft and uncomfortable.
