Dirty bathroom and too much...

Liked: Location was great and the receptionist guy was very helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom was not cleaned. Toilet was dirty, I took photos of it too and show it to receptionist. He was really sorry for it and cleaned there by himself because hotel has no cleaning staff at 5pm!! Another problem; my room was at 4th floor and out of my window there was an a.c. outer unit or something like that and that was really making too much noise. It was really difficult to focus on sleeping with that noise.

Great hotel for Amsterdam culture

Liked: Nice reception space, easy check in and check out. Lovely friendly staff, good fixtures and fittings in reception and bedrooms. Our room was a mezzanine bed area with living space below which was really cool! We really liked the location and there are some excellent cafés, restaurants and bars very close by.
