i did not get the room i booked and found my partner & i in a rabbit hutch. the photos on there add are misleaeding , when using the loo my feet were in the shower tray & my head in the wash basin. £130 per night? never again .!!!

Delivered what we expected and...

Liked: Convenient location and the restaurant was definitely unique.

Liked: The hotel is very well located for my need. Very friendly staff and nice room but tiny. However, the toilet was not heated and at this period of time, not really convenient.

Cosy rooms in a funky...

Liked: Funky, unique style hotel in a superb location, close to Hyde Park and multiple metro stops.The bar is cool and has a fun vibe, although we did not spend much time or eat there. The room had everything we needed and the staff were excellent.
Disliked: The price, however, this seems to be a London wide issue! The overall value for money for the tiny room did not seem great though, as you can't move around the room well or open your suitcases and the bed was also really small.

Perfect place to stay if...

Liked: Hotel was very convenient for walking to Royal Albert Hall which was the whole point of the booking. Room has compact, but perfectly adequate for a single night stay. Everything was clean, staff were friendly, good bar. Everything you need for a simple comfortable one night London stopover.
Disliked: Would have preferred it if breakfast had been available, but not a major problem as several nearby places to were serving breakfast.

Liked: Excellent location. Extremely friendly staff.
Disliked: Bathroom is really small and shower space not very big at all and I’m not a big person.

Great venue, made us feel...

Liked: Private self contained suite, high quality finish and comfortable.
Disliked: Light switches have a light on them to say whether they are on or off (red/blue) but they are glowing all the time which meant they were lighting up the bedroom. I’m a sensitive sleeper so this was disturbing. Plus the smoke detector also had a very bright light on it, directly above the bed. Suggest providing disposable sleep masks for light sensitive guests. Also, one guest was in the living room to sleep, bed was excellent but there were no blinds or curtains! Made for a very early morning wake up.

Liked: There was no breakfast offered. The first room we had was so tiny we could hardly move. We moved to a bigger room that was better.
Disliked: Size of first room we booked. Had not idea it was so small.
