i did not get the room i booked and found my partner & i in a rabbit hutch. the photos on there add are misleaeding , when using the loo my feet were in the shower tray & my head in the wash basin. £130 per night? never again .!!!

Good location and if not...

Liked: The location was good and we were on same floor initially but one of the rooms had a leak in ceiling. Dripping on he’d at 1 in the morning so had to be moved
Disliked: As above. Staff were helpful but interrupted night and move not ideal

A London Hotel to stay...

Liked: The hotel is thoroughly recommended, reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, with a great shower , comfortable (small but adequate) room.The complimentary cocktails were delicious and the staff courteous and professional. The no. 9 bus is opposite the hotel and takes you to Trafalgar Square, close to Leicester Square, Covent Garden and the theatres. High Street Kensington Tube is less than a 10 minute walk on the same side of the road. The HUX hotel is an experience in itself with the Spaghetti House next door serving quality food and Cote restaurant( 3 minutes away) serving breakfasts from 9am - as hotel doesn’t provide breakfasts
Disliked: No complaintsMaybe a limited breakfast service?
