i did not get the room i booked and found my partner & i in a rabbit hutch. the photos on there add are misleaeding , when using the loo my feet were in the shower tray & my head in the wash basin. £130 per night? never again .!!!

Disliked: Small room.Service charges on everything including the room booking and drinks. While this was optional, I do not think you should be billed for this. I did pay it, but only as I felt uncomfortable asking for it to be removed. The room cost enough without the additional service charge.

Nice hotel for a short...

Great hotel and location

Liked: The staff were great and very helpful. Also liked the hotel decor and complimentary cocktails, which are a nice touch.
Disliked: Room was small, but that’s down to the design of the old building.

Short but sweet stay

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly & helpful on arrival. We booked a petit double & it was small but perfectly adequate for our 1 night stay. The room was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Decor throughout the hotel is beautiful & it smelt incredible!! Location was perfect for catching the tube or walking to most places. Would 100% recommend & would definitely stay again.
