Liked: Location was amazing and the valet staff, especially Aaron & Ryan, were great!!!
Disliked: Bathroom was not completely clean. Hair all over floor and stains. I asked twice (phone and went down to front desk) for someone to come clean it and no one ever came.

Disliked: Seems like us being there so many times in the past few years, didn’t matter very much for a $500 night stay.

Liked: Staff was amazing. At arrival, we received a complimentary breakfast for the following morning as well as a room upgrade to a corner suite. All without asking. The front staff also offered to help with restaurant recommendations as well as making reservations. Very clean room and we had housekeeping come twice a day. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed great service in the restaurant.
Disliked: Hotel is not in walking distance from Downtown - but Lyft/Uber is cheap an it just takes 5-10 minutes to get to Broadway

Liked: Absoultely everthing !! From the moment I walked in, I was extremely happy. From the lobby, to the room, the most friendly staff, and the food.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. I would like to see some kind of transportation to and from the airport or even down to broadway.
