Liked: Absoultely everthing !! From the moment I walked in, I was extremely happy. From the lobby, to the room, the most friendly staff, and the food.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. I would like to see some kind of transportation to and from the airport or even down to broadway.

Disliked: No coffee/tea facilities and no water in room - breakfast was really average.Shower control is outside the shower which makes it really inconvenientThe main light switch is be the door of the room and not next to the bedMy room was a bit noisy

Liked: I loved the rooms and showers, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable!
Disliked: Parking prices were ridiculous. That’s the most I’ve ever paid in downtown Nashville for parking. And I would’ve loved a continental breakfast.

Liked: The staff were gracious and friendly. The room and facilities were very clean.
Disliked: The Hotel has lost its funky vibe it is more sterile. The spa and gym facilities were closed without notice and we were charged a surprise 'destination fee' at checkout of about $100. That was very disappointing as the hotel wasn't cheap to begin with.
