Disliked: Dirty and broken down furniture in the room

I definitely not recommend this...

Liked: It was the absolute worst hotel I have ever been in! The city should shut it down! Bad place to stay, very bad!
Disliked: There was no running water for a time. They canceled my reservation when I told them not to & they offered no refunds! They charged me twice on my card and they charged me more for the rooms than the price that was on the receipt!There was no working light switch in the bathroom, but you had to twist it turn it on. The light fixture and bulb was on the shelf. The towel rack fell out of the wall, no microwave plate in the microwave, dirty bedspreads, the TV did turn on, but it didn’t work. They had a smoky smell in the room and did not air it out. I called twice and inquired when we got there if my sister and I could have rooms side by side and they could not commit to that and refused to return my call. Then, they decided to place our rooms side by side, but only after asking about 3 times. They should not be charging $109 per night! It is not worth the price! The man who answers the phone doesn’t understand the English language very well at all!

Disliked: The roaches the dirty towels and wash. Clothes. The broken furniture

Liked: Colors of the wall. No bed bugs
Disliked: Cleaner bathroom. Better mattress. Higher toilet

Bad

Liked: Clean towels, staff was very polite and welcoming, parking lot stayed well lit, located about 6 minutes drive away from state fair, 2 minutes drive to grocery store.
Disliked: Room smelled horrible could not get the smell to go away, heavy stinch on your belongings when checking out, bed was very uncomfortable. I felt the springs from the mattress, Carpet on floor felt like it hasn't been cleaned ever. Checked out early due to the smell was unable to get money back due to pre booking

Pleasant

Affordable, but not worth it

Liked: The affordable price.
Disliked: The place looked somewhat dirty and the tub was clogged. The bed was rock hard, two days later I'm still sore from sleeping there. There were no comforters, just a single flat sheet and the blanket on top that was just as thin as the sheet.

Disappointing
