Superb

Liked: Pool, jacuzzi, sports activities, cinema hall, activities for kids, lunch, dinner, pool table, etc. were amazing. Time flew by as we were having a lot of fun being in the midst of a lot of action happening in HUP. A la carte was great, enjoyed the vegetarian options a lot.
Disliked: Beds were very uncomfortable. Plus the floor above us was making a lot of noise late in the night. We could hear the footsteps from running around and screaming of the kids. There was no AC in the room to regulate the temperature. Breakfast was too basic.

Liked: Good breakfast and service in the restaurant, small but cozy swimming pool, good squash, tennis, football facilities. Monkey town included and one of the nicer ones I have seen.
Disliked: Our room wasnt cleaned on day 2, I called several times, again the next day to ask if they can at least start with our room as it hadn't been cleaned the day before. They only came at 3pm after another call. Spa was closed all 3 days of our dayBit complicated reserving almost every single activity, some the day before, some only on the day.Room very dark, black walls, green carpet, no proper lightningNo ventilation in bathroom

Liked: Really nice hotel but more like a sports center! All people wear sportswear and the whole vibe is very sporty! And lots of kids. It's overal a real fun and busy place. Good food enough options and everything fresh and clean environment. Will visit again.
Disliked: No cons! Just remember to bring your sports wear and be prepared for a busy hotel withs lots of things to do!

Great place to stay and...

Liked: Really great facilities, opportunity to use gym anytime you want adds a big bonus to the hotel. Really great breakfast and helpful staff. Big parking lot, so you don’t have to think where to park your car.
Disliked: There was no peanut butter (at least it didn’t) for two days.
