Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Disappointed that the bar or restaurant was not open during my stay. I always pick somewhere that have these so I do not have to leave in the evening. Restaurant was closed on Mondays and the bar tender did not come in to work so the bar was also closed.

Liked: Every hotel staff member we came in contact with went above and beyond to make our experience more memorable than we could have imagined. We will definitely make it a point to stay here again when passing through. Keep up the great work.

Very good

Liked: Room was very nice and clean. Overall hotel appears to be very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was a "good" one!
Disliked: We ate at the onsite restaurant due to convenience and time of arrival. For dinner, the staff was great, however the service (getting food) was slow, but the staff was very accommodating. For breakfast, some of the service was quick, but the wait staff seemed overall irritated by our attendance.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The view of the space crafts was one of the features that was most liked about this property. The gym was also a decent addition.
Disliked: The fact that the only place you could get a complimentary coffee was your actual room. The “Starbucks” at the bar was off putting for the accommodations. Our cabana room was not available and so we had roof balcony access instead. You could see the rickets but you could also see the rooftop and hear the fans.
