Just what we wanted

Liked: Very clean room, comfortable bed. It was great to have the mini fridge and microwave. Can’t beat the location. Heating unit worked well. Perfect for skating at Arrowhead for Fire and Ice night!
Disliked: It was a little dated but it seems they are making improvements. The towels were in good condition. The bedding seemed a little older but again, super clean.

Disliked: We had an awful experience at this motel. I accidentally booked an extra night by mistake, and when I tried to cancel it involving Booking.com, the owner first agreed but when we arrived they flat-out refused. Not only were they unhelpful, but the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. The whole place was very cold, outdated, noisy at night, and generally has a miserable atmosphere—definitely not somewhere I'd ever want to stay again. I cannot believe all the positive reviews, they're obviously fake. I won’t be returning, and I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you want to deal with horrible customer service and unnecessary stress.
