Liked: This adorable boutique hotel is my favorite place to stay when I am visiting LA. The gorgeous interior design, professional yet warm staff, delicious food, and breathtaking views make this property an absolute gem. The penthouse restaurant views are breathtaking, and they offer a price fixe lunch menu that is scrumptious. The room service, although pricey, is worth every penny. You can tell the chef puts a lot of thought into his menus (and the dessert is fantastic, I recommend the roche for room service or the Valentino at the penthouse). While it’s not a beach front property, if you are on a higher floor you get an exceptional view of the ocean and mountains. The sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful! It’s a perfect place to take a quick walk to 3rd street promenade to shop or any needs to go into the city. The valet is easily accessible, fast, and friendly! It’s also one of those hotels that you don’t even have to leave, they have everything one could possibly need right on site. Exceptional trip, and my mother approved. Can’t wait for our next visit.
Disliked: The lower floors don’t have as good of a view. Some of the rooms still have a bathtub, ask for a walk in shower.
