Liked: The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is very convenient.
Disliked: Upon arriving we were "upgraded" to what we were told was a suite with a king bed and pull out couch for my daughter instead of the 2 queen beds reserved. The "upgraded" room felt smaller and the pull out couch was in terrible condition so it didnt feel like much of an upgrade. It was very nice of them to do that for us but felt like we may have been better off with our original booking. Also, they don't tell you that if you have a car they charge you $70 to park per night. That was a surprise upon checking out. Felt like at least when checking in and knowing we arrived in a car that was parked there, an upfront disclosure about the parking charges would have been nice. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly, so just feels like being nitpicky here but for the price you pay to stay here I think it warrants it.
