Disliked: Update the rooms. Dark and old uncomfortable beds

Liked: Room way too simple with old furniture. Worst mattress ever, so soft and cheap that I hurt my back and neck really bad. For the price you pay I was expecting something much better. The location is great but not worth. Will never go back.

Liked: We love this place! So close to the beach and restaurants. They also have beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow with no charge.

Great owner, but the Inn...

Liked: Its literally a 3-minute walk to the pier and main street and maybe 8-minutes to shopping area. Michael is extremely kind and accommodating allowing me an early check-in and checkout. He gave great suggestions on restaurants. He's wonderful!
Disliked: My Ac unit was really loud and obnoxious. I was in room 8 right across from the linen closet and that part of the building blocked any breeze I wanted but also I never felt I had any privacy of I wanted my blinds or window open. Also I was very specific when I checked in when asked if I wanted to charge the room on the card on file. I said NO and handed him the cc I wanted the charge on which was my business account and he charged it to the card on file anyway. Also, I didn't feel the price reflected the true value of the state of the room. It appears to be a funky cool style but my room was just a typical motel room that was overpriced. Maybe it was because the US Surf Open was in town, I don't know. But next time I'll splurge to get a nicer accommodation. But Michael really is the gem of the Inn.
