Great beach location in a...

Liked: The beach decor and wallpaper in my room was fun. The room was functional but nothing high end. My view of the ocean from my room was nice. There was a patio with tables just outside that had a great view of the ocean. I think there are only nine rooms. When you have your shades open other guests can see in your room as they walk by on the single walkway. I got used to that pretty quickly because I wanted the shades open to see the ocean view. As a single woman traveling alone, I appreciated that the check-in office was right by my room so I felt safe. There was no breakfast, but coffee was out from 8 to 11 in the morning. I really appreciated the private parking underneath the building. This hotel is one that I remember growing up in Huntington Beach. It is located on PCH just a few blocks from the pier. You are close to shops and restaurants. It is a quaint and rustic hotel and a good value.

Great location.

Liked: Great location! Right across the road from the beach and just a few minutes walk to the pier. The shared outdoor area gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. The room was cool with surfing pics all over the wall. There was coffee available right outside our room and next to the reception in the morning. The staff were so helpful and obliging, and let us leave our luggage with them. There’s free parking. I’d stay there again.
Disliked: A little traffic noise in the morning, but not too excessive.
