Liked: Location, location. Across the street from the beach. 2 blocks to the pier or 2 blocks to their main street. Parking was not free but was monitored by staff 24-7. There's also front office staff at all times, friendly, always greets us.
Disliked: Older inn, remodeled, still some construction and smell but over all well worth the location and lesser rate than other hotels at Huntington beach. Great ocean view for the king suite.

Friendly Staff, Excellent Location, Comfortable...

Liked: Location and Staff were excellent. The rooms themselves were adequate and had ocean Views and balconies.
Disliked: It is a very noisy hotel. Because of the excellent location - lots of comings and goings throughout the long night and loud maybe inebriated people too just enjoying themselves. Also PCH is pretty loud with racing cars so in addition to the popular location - I didn't sleep much. So then I went to turn on the TV to help me and the channels don't work easily. In the morning I desperately needed a cup of coffee to wake up - and the coffee maker didn't work. With all of that - I would still stay there again more prepared. It was a great value, pretty room within in walking distance to downtown.
