Liked: Everything was great, awesome location, comfy room and the breakfast had lots of choices.
Disliked: You could hear quite a lot of noise from the hallway especially closing doors if people let them slam or kids running in the hall, but this wasn't a huge deal and only happened on our second morning

Disliked: We brought our pet.We paid for a loft suite.When we arrived, we were told that the loft suits aren't available for pets.The room we were given was bad, it was very small, and had nothing for pets (no water bowl, towels, treats). I believe if you are going to offer pet-friendly hotels, then we better know which rooms are available for pets.I paid for a hotel room that I didn't get.I don't think that's right.I will never use this sight again.

Liked: The location was just ok
Disliked: There was no parking provided-and an additional cost would have been charged-no heads up on that. According to the reviews, the breakfast was supposed to be amazing but it was a basic Best Western breakfast buffet in a chilly room that we had to wait 45 minutes for a table. The staff were rude and the room was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable and certainly nothing to write home about. There are much nicer hotels available in the area-wish we had booked there instead. This was supposed to be a lovely weekend getaway with friends but the hotel definitely dampened the mood.

Liked: The location was great as we could walk to our concert venue. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous.
Disliked: Bed is too high for small people. Paying extra to park was a surprise.
