Exceptional property, and exceptional value.

Liked: This property is at an exceptional location. Their service is exceptional and friendly. We needed to move our room after two days, and they quickly found us something more suitable for our needs for the rest of our two weeks stay. They even told us, that they wanted us to be happy. The breakfast were exceptional. We could walk everywhere we wanted in Victoria, and the public transit was so well organized that if we wanted to get home, we just hopped on a bus. The Pendry Inn next-door, which actually is part of the property also served an exceptional English breakfast, which was gluten-free, since my partner has celiac disease. Lovely gardens too. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Victoria

Liked: The staff were wonderful, Jennifer really helped us out of a jam, very much appreciated. The location is excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good.

Enjoyable and good for a...

Liked: Location was a great spot to walk to any downtown or fisherman’s wharf.
Disliked: Breakfast was same small assortment without much variety. No place to put your clothes such as a dresser or cabinet.

Superb

Looks Nice but It’s Deceiving

Liked: Like: comfortable bed, A/C, fridge in room, ability to open window, ability to store luggage before check in and after check out, free breakfast, fireplace in area to relax near. Dislike: no ice or vending machine signage to know it existed since there was none on first floor, noise in hallways from daily cleaners, paper thin walls let you hear neighbor’s snoring, phone calls and tv, lack of fruit at breakfast, terrible dry eggs, NO DRAWERS IN ROOM!!!, I needed maintenance twice over 2 days to repair tv, stairs made it impossible for elderly or handicapped to go to breakfast, no early check in, terrible room configuration with all furniture jammed together on one side with 1 picture and a large empty wall where furniture could have been placed. Due to the crammed furniture, there was no space to sit at the small table to look out. Couldn’t even pull a chair out to sit in it!
