Liked: As usual the the staff were all fabulous, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable..
Disliked: Well this is by no means a complaint but we were travelling with my elderly farther and he struggled getting in and out of the bath to take a shower..Maybe hand rails or rooms with shower cubicles could be considered..
