Will definitely not be returning

Disliked: Very disappointed they were serving food in the evening. Also nobody in the restaurant for breakfast had to keep going to the kitchen to ask for bread, breakfast etc

Liked: The staff being friendly and easy to speak to
Disliked: The noise at 6am of the water pump and radiators all being turned on waking me and my partner up

VALUE FOR MONEY AND PERFECT...

Liked: On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was ideal for my needs and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Need a bigger TV in the room.

OK for one night

Liked: I like the view and the location
Disliked: The dinner service was chaotic we had to wait 45 minutes for a dessert for my five year old it wasn’t the fault of the staff there weren’t that many people having dinner but there was also only one member of staff who was serving the meals and serving behind the bar

Good location and the bed...

Liked: breakfast was good and location good for visiting the area
Disliked: we pre purchased 2 course dinner. Dinner was in the bar rather than restaurant. The menu was in effect a bar meal menu - would not have pre purchased if known. Food choice limited and not everything was available. Meal itself was poor. Complaints readily rectified by the receptionist and we didn’t eat there on the second night. Room was clean on arrival but on day 2 only the bin was emptied and tea tray replenished otherwise bed not made and toilet not cleaned (toilet brush not provided).
