Liked: Lovely staff. Very helpful and friendly. Good fitness suite. Overall the hotel does the job but it could do with a face-lift.
Disliked: The place is a bit tired. The beds aren't very comfy and the pillows are ridiculously thin and soft so you need a mountain of them. The menu was quite limited..

Disliked: Walls looked damp, that I was not told or made aware there would be no restaurant open.

Superb

Liked: A sprawling hotel, which keeps noise levels to a minimum. Plenty of free parking. Very helpful staff. A quiet, peaceful hotel.
Disliked: No lift, so I had to walk quite far up and down different stairwells with my excess baggage. But there are rooms on the ground floor for the less able and the staff offered to help carry things if needed.
