Happy with my stay great...

Liked: The food from the restaurant was well cooked, well presented and great tasting.The Staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you.
Disliked: Mix up with my room i was put in a room that was already occupied but the hotel staff were very apologetic and provided a free lunch for their error. i booked an executive family room but ended up in a double room which was fine, very clean.

Liked: Location gave access to everything we planned to see and do. We were warmly welcomed and our room was a suite - clean, comfortable and gave us everything we needed for a base.Our break included breakfast and it was great. Again warmly welcomed and a great range of things to choose from to get each day off to a good start.Beds were super comfy too!!

Liked: Liked it was very handy for my trip to visit relatives.Hotel looked lovely on arrival,until we got to the room!
Disliked: I know it’s dog friendly but I think the room we had needed an upgrade? No small fridge, one bin in bedroom? Other facilities were good tho? Like fan, ironing board, hairdryer ! Antiquated shower with no hand rails to get in or out, plus no plug for those who like baths ! Curtains not attached to the rail also! Had also to take own rubbish out to the only one bin we could find!

Liked: Location. And the manager who gave us a pizza when the camp bed wasn’t set up when we arrived and she could see I was exhausted (solo parent with two kids).
Disliked: Family room was tiny and not comfortable for three people. The camp bed wasn’t set up when we arrived (and the phone in the room wasn’t working so I had to traipse back to reception with tired kids plus bags). When someone helped us set it up, there were dirty sheets left on it, and no space to walk around it. Three people in one room but only one towel so the kids didn’t get baths or showers. No shower gel. All a bit crappy to be honest.
