Good location, characterful, great coffee.

Liked: Well located for our purposes, great quality coffee and breakfast included in room price. Well sized room (booked King bed) for a character building. Storage space was limited although there was a beautiful antique wardrobe which sadly wasn’t long enough for dresses. Bathroom was small but functional, except for the bottom glass shelf by the sink which was very wobbly and my products kept falling off. Book an internal or rear room as the front rooms were very noisy. We had Room 2, an internal room. The bar shuts at 3pm!!

Liked: Clean room. Good bed. Nice sheets and towels. Submarine tight, but everything was there.
Disliked: I was in room 11. The glass panel above the door has a roller blind over it. This insufficient to prevent the corridor light from penetrating whilst in bed. This can be remedied with a dense film.
