Stayed only one night (attended a concert), and was quite impressed. Friendly, helpful staff; top notch, speciality cocktails; mezzanine and roof top seating areas for lounging including a roof top bar with fantastic views of Memphis and the Mighty Mississippi. Impressive and delicious late night room service menu. Walking distance to most attractions, including Mud Island and Beale Street. Room and amenities far exceeded expectations (King Suite). Very nice iPod stereo. Flat screen TV integrated with iPod as well. Highly recommend, especially if it comes discounted, but still worth it at full price.

Liked: Location very convenient to court house
Disliked: Room has not been cleaned there was an empty alcohol bottle, hair or pillows, make up on towels, water in bathroom floors, worst of all a very strong smell of marijuana or some other drug

Liked: There were states and city taxes as well as an additional fee added to the bill. This only increased the price by about $40 for 3 days.
Disliked: The area of town was a great location accessible to many things in Memphis. The downtown area in general was not very safe to walk around.

Liked: Everything! Everyone was nice great breakfast just had to wait cause everyone kinda eats all the food up so we sat for 30 minutes to get food took a while for the cook to make more. Not a problem for me just for my husband I’m really not a breakfast person anyway. We really enjoyed ourselves. The whole weekend was raining hard and cold so we will be going back on a dry weekend so it won’t be miserable walking over to Beale street. Will definitely book at HU again very cozy comfortable room! Very nice staff
Disliked: The alleys are an issue at night do not walk alone if you can help it!
