Stayed only one night (attended a concert), and was quite impressed. Friendly, helpful staff; top notch, speciality cocktails; mezzanine and roof top seating areas for lounging including a roof top bar with fantastic views of Memphis and the Mighty Mississippi. Impressive and delicious late night room service menu. Walking distance to most attractions, including Mud Island and Beale Street. Room and amenities far exceeded expectations (King Suite). Very nice iPod stereo. Flat screen TV integrated with iPod as well. Highly recommend, especially if it comes discounted, but still worth it at full price.

Disliked: Refund /over charged. Good afternoon. I feel as if what was represented online vs what we received in person was misleading. The customer service was deplorable. The guest service representative was sitting off to the side of the desk on her personal phone upon arrival- we were not greeted appropriately. In addition to that no detailed instructions were provided regarding room location, luggage assistance,etc. we just had to figure it out. The prices were more than what was displayed online. We paid $75 for a cleaning fee and our room was not clean . The showers were nasty(did not take shower), the carpet inside and out were dirty and stained. There was dust everywhere inside, the thermostat , the bathroom sink and the toilet paper roll all broken- and to top it off there was the BIGGEST roach that greeted us on our way to the room in the downstairs lobby, after another guest had to let us in as the front doors were locked around 8:45pm. . At that point I was afraid to sleep overnight or bring my luggage home. The roof top bar was not even open when we attempted to go see what it looked like at 9:25 pm which was ridiculous! Then there was a charge for parking which was not displayed in the initial booking information! The only thing that was pleasing was the location and even that was scary.

Beautiful room & great service!

Liked: The location was great, beautiful room w/ a view- loved the decor & the amenities of the room. The staff were friendly & helpful. Also, for it to be a busy night due to Jhene Aiko’s concert, it was considerably quiet on our floor & throughout the facility.
Disliked: The parking situation could have been better & there were burn holes & left over food particles on the carpet in the living room. The carpet could definitely use some shampooing.

Liked: We fell in love with this property! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the roof top bar that over looks the river was fun. The suite was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: The breakfast. Not many choices for the prices we paid for breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay....

Liked: Love that the hotel is just a short walk from everything we wanted to do on Beale St. and entertainment areas oh and the rooftop is amazing. And those loaded fries. Delicious.
Disliked: No microwave in king room suite.
