Liked: The bedding
Disliked: The reception, I checked in on line but still spent too much time at the desk when I arrived. I had to deal with monotone, robotic voice list all her rules so fast, I had to.ask to repeat twice. It was not a friendly reception. The room was cold when I went in. I had to turn the heat on and keep my coat on till the room warmed up. The door to the outside was left unlocked.

Liked: Value for money was fantastic!!
Disliked: Some free weights in the gym, a dumb bell rack would have been enough.

Liked: The room was nice and comfy. We loved being on the first floor because we had the parking space right by our back door. The pool, sauna, and spa are nice and clean. Hotel is Near everything, highway, restaurants, SAQ, gaz station. Breakfast was fair. Price for the room was good.
Disliked: Too much chlorine in the spa. With the heat, our eyes were litterally burning we couldn't stay in very long because of that. Going through the tunnel at peak hour was terrible a 20mins ride became a 55mins ride only negative comment I have in term of the location.

Liked: Very clean hotel, and nice staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The selection was very limited, especially when compared to other hotels in the same price range. The food was bland, poorly cooked, and lacked flavor. Additionally, some items didn’t seem fresh at all, such as the dry pastries and unappetizing fruits. It was far below expectations and needs significant improvement.

Liked: Near to the highway so it was easy for us to get around. The pool and sauna were great!
Disliked: There were 4 of us in the room but they only gave 3 towels. Not a big deal. We got one easily.

Disliked: The air conditioning was not working. The receptionist offered us another room but it also had the same issue. This was disappointing.
