Loved the attentive and personal...

Liked: Staff exceptional. Manager very attentive. Views from the balcony of the restaurant very picturesque and beautiful
Disliked: No Wifi connection in the room.

Good location, nice rooms but...

Liked: Location was good Room was spaciousShower was amazing
Disliked: Service - it was really bad We were out all day, got back to the room at 8pm and housekeeping still hadn’t been, we had to request this at reception.Went to the restaurant so housekeeping could pass by the room and waited 35 mins to get my drink!

We did not feel welcome...

Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Staff were very unhelpful. I realize we were in Mexico and the language is Spanish but it seemed no one at the hotel could or would communicate with us unless we spoke Spanish. This caused problems with ordering our meals. The property seamed to be running on a very tight budget, to the point were we were only allowed one roll of toilet paper at a time. If you ran out you had to call the desk for more. Only one bottle of water a day per room, if you needed more you had to pay for it.
