Liked: Great location. Spotless and clean room. Nice stuff and fast check in. Nice ammenities in room, great view towards Odra islands.
Disliked: I think the matress quality is a bit bellow 4 star hotel. But it didnt ruin overall experience.

Liked: + Great location.+ WiFi works fine.+ There is a fridge in the room (but not much space in it because there is lot of overpriced stuff there).+ There is a kettle, some (very basic) coffee and tea in the room.+ There is safe in the room.+ Bathtube in the room (but pretty small, so not really comfortable and forger about fitting two people in it ;-) ).+ There is (very) overpriced parking there.+ There is a nice view from the room if you manage to get room on upper floow or/and on the river side.
Disliked: - If I ask for quiet room it doesn't mean a room next to the lift and next to rooms being renovated. And that was not my first visit in the hotel, so I would expect some politeness (unless you're targeting one-timers)...- if you get a twin room then beds are pretty narrow...- Safe in the room was not functional, I didn't need it but still it was broken...- No power outlets next to the bed.- It would be sooooooo nice if they have something better than Tyskie on the tap in the city where every second pub has at least few craft/Czech/Slovak beers ready to be served...
