I would only recommend this hotel based on the fair price when comparing to other hotels in the area. I was very unhappy with the room as it was not even close to the pictures posted online. Very disappointing. I would give it a 2 star rating and will definitely book a room in another hotel my next trip to Tom's River area.

Liked: Proximity to Pine Belt Arena.
Disliked: Rooms were not as depicted online. We booked hotel based on pictures, mostly for my daughter, and the room was NOTHING like the pictures shown. Very disappointing. There was also a strange smell in the hallways - maybe fumigation smell, which was very unpleasant.

Disliked: Toilet kept running facilities in general are not clean.looks like some homeless staying there and hanging outside. Did away with breakfast. One older gentleman at the front desk seemed annoyed and was slightly rude.even though non smoking, still smelled it. Had a man wandering up and down the halls yelling and talk8ng to himself.
