I would only recommend this hotel based on the fair price when comparing to other hotels in the area. I was very unhappy with the room as it was not even close to the pictures posted online. Very disappointing. I would give it a 2 star rating and will definitely book a room in another hotel my next trip to Tom's River area.

Liked: Proximity to Pine Belt Arena.
Disliked: Rooms were not as depicted online. We booked hotel based on pictures, mostly for my daughter, and the room was NOTHING like the pictures shown. Very disappointing. There was also a strange smell in the hallways - maybe fumigation smell, which was very unpleasant.

Pretty comfortable.

Liked: We left early so no breakfast yet available, amenities is acceptable. Compared to other hotels in the area, I prefer to stay here it’s cheaper and I like the room.
Disliked: Not a lot of parking space though

Liked: No breakfast was served, but it was comfortable staying there and staff was nice and respectful.
Disliked: There was no complimentary breakfast and snack vending machines did not work. Fridge in the room was wobbly and not safe for kids.

Disliked: I was very disappointed that I was unable to receive a refund after only spending one night. Winter storm forced me to leave earlier than my booking.
