I would only recommend this hotel based on the fair price when comparing to other hotels in the area. I was very unhappy with the room as it was not even close to the pictures posted online. Very disappointing. I would give it a 2 star rating and will definitely book a room in another hotel my next trip to Tom's River area.

Liked: Proximity to Pine Belt Arena.
Disliked: Rooms were not as depicted online. We booked hotel based on pictures, mostly for my daughter, and the room was NOTHING like the pictures shown. Very disappointing. There was also a strange smell in the hallways - maybe fumigation smell, which was very unpleasant.

Disliked: Front desk staffed by junior staff not trained or enabled to do basic things. Hallways not clean. Paint and trim in rooms was bad. Noisy. Did not feel safe.

Disliked: I did not like that there were bugs in the rm I was up all night I realized the next morning but i was already to late for work to tell staff stay was all messed up

Disliked: We were very disturbed by the smell of marijuana. Although it was a non-smoking room, the whole hotel smelled of marijuana. The size of the beds was disproportionate. The price is very expensive compared to the service.

Passable

Liked: The second room was cleaner, big bed, pool was fun, and it was pretty quiet all night.
Disliked: The first room I had the heat was not working, there was a used towel in the bathroom and I saw a cockroach
