Disliked: I am requesting my full refund. The desk clerk charged me for 4 people in a room. There were 4 people but only 2 wete occupying the room overnight. She assumed yesterday because my friend was helping carry luggage thst 4 people had luggage to stay. I told her my friend had paid fkt parking across the street as he was not staying the night, which is why i didn't get overnight parking at the hotel when she asked if I needed parking. I asked her where my friend vam temporarily park for a few hours and she directed me to where. She was not there at the night clerk so she can not assume 2 extra people wete in the room. I also told her to look at the camera as to whom.was going and coming from my room. I am very disappointed as I have stayed at this hotel many times without issue. I have an upcoming trip in December and have orebikked this hotel but I will cancel and never use them again for this unfairness. The clerk was rude with me at time of check in so I wasn't surprised by her behavior with me at check out. I am.of color and I also saw the way she treated her co worker of south Asian origin. Please refund or give a credit or some appropriate compensation for this matter. Thank you

Liked: The location was better than expected, literally 2 blocks from Clifton Hill. Food, coffee and drinks were all close by. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Will stay again soon with the whole family.
Disliked: Our room key cards stopped working 3 times and we had to go back to the front desk after going to our room on the 4th floor.
