Great price; great staff; good breakfast; awesome location.

Liked: The staff was awesome! Breakfast was the best for the price; also better than some higher rate hotels.
Disliked: Low water pressure; some maintenance needs to be done to rooms; wall sockets could not hold phone charger and there weren't any extra so I unplugged the TV to charge.

Liked: Beds were great. Even my husband liked them, which is unusual.
Disliked: More electrical outlets would have been better. Handicapped room and the light switch for the bathroom was way over by the toilet area. Other side of the room.

Liked: The Wi-Fi was terrible on and off, and front desk couldn’t help. Also I was charged 200 deposit and was told it would be refunded in the morning. When I checked out the next woman told me 4/5 days until I get my deposit returned. Not ok

Liked: Your staff was great
Disliked: My room did not meet my expectations, we arrived very late due to some unexpected events before leaving town. We had no hot water, our restroom was a bit dirty, and my kids could not connect to the wifi. Due to us arriving late, I had no time to request a new room or even ask for them to assist with the wifi. The receptionist was kind, both checking in and checking out, had I had time to express my dilemma I'm sure they would have been resolved but not having to, is why we will probably be choosing somewhere else the next time we are in town.
