Disliked: When I booked and confirmed, I booked a king room. Upon arrival (which was late at night and they were notified), had to do check in through a small window from the outside. The person working inside was sitting at a table playing on her phone. When I said I reserved a king bed, she said it was not available due to construction. If that was the case why was I allowed to book it and will I see a refund?

Horrible stay. Do not recommend.

Disliked: We walked into the building and the smell was awful and it only got worse when we opened the door to our room. It was foul and there were stains on the bedding and tears in the decorative pillows. The sliding glass doors to the back yard were dirty and moldy in the corners. We left immediately and were not refunded. Very unpleasant experience.
